I applied for new car policy with bharti axa and made them payments online on their website post payments they didnt even send me the insurance policy. Before the payment their representative promised me it will take two days to send soft copy of the insurance. But now almost 25 days over and no response from them. They have worst customer service and it will always say you are on long queue.
I gave complaints to all the leadership of bharti axa including deepak iyer, ceo, kiran jayaraj, customer service, sanjay kumar, rajgopal and many other executives but none of them are even acknowledging my mail. I am in big issue as i cant go and take policy from any other service provider as they have taken the payments which i doubt they will refund neither they are giving the policy, if in this period god forbid something happens to car i dont know who will be responsible.
