I paid my car insurance renewal premium on 3rd augustthrough a link they sent online and am waiting for policy document ever since. They have given me a complaint number which is 1571495.
Their toll free line sucks. When one dials the option 3 meant for complaints there is complete silence and no one answers, their chat section on the website is also very bad. They just say dial toll free number which does not work.
