[Resolved] Bharti Axa — claim not being processed

Claim no. 559083 & Policy no. S9838127 I have sent the discharge certificate on 16 Feb and later emailed on 21 Feb & 14 Mar for updates. There is no response. (except "the concerned team will get back to you" & that concerned team never got back to me). Kindly process the claim and tranfer the money to my account.
