Bharti Axa — claim number i8m03ifc - (full damage claim is not given by surveyors) | |||
I have purchased a bharati axa car insurance 11 months back with all his features and after understanding the all services provided by bharati axa. On 28th may, i come with a damage claim in sawan hyundai at panipat. The day i have submitted my car to sawan service center. 4 -5 day back before i gave my car to same service center at that time my car don't have any damage reported at service center by my self. When surveyors comes for inspection they deny for the claim and said this is not fresh damage. But my car get damage at the same time and i want to damage claim with remaining parts. They only pass the bumper claim and for mirror claim they deny and pass the message it is not fresh damage. If a car get service before 4 days how they said this is not damage covered. I think this is totally insane and i want this type of companies not entertain by the policy bazaar. This type of ridiculous car insurance companies did not enroll to policy bazzar. Which will affect the policy bazzar customers. I hope you understand my concern and waiting for your appreciated response in this terms. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
