My mother Mrs. Manobi Majumder had a policy (Policy No: J9119128 ) with Bharti AXA GI which was purchased in Oct 2019 and was renewed in October 2020. She was admitted to Narayana Super Speciality hospital on[protected] at 01:21 PM. She was discharged on the 2nd of December 2020.

Total Bill Amount: Rs 98892.00

For the last two days, we are following up with customer service and the given mail ID ([protected]@bhartiaxa.com) which is written on the document. But there was no response.

Can you please help us with the reimbursement process?
