Bharti Axa — despite renewal soft copy of policy no q0097579 not received till date and after making complaint being misguided repeatedly | |||
Hello, i had updated my grievance through consumercomplaint.in last week that how even after online renewal and sharing details of same bharti axa fails providing me my policy papers whose id is q0097579. After posting my complaint i did received a message from grievance cell bharti axa that their complaint redressal cell will soon get the matter sorted out. But am shocked to see that after this company sends me last year's policy paper with forged date entered on one page quoting same to be of 2019 however in all other pages it was loud and clear that the above mentioned sent policy is of 2018. Am sure about this is because this year the premium amount was 11545.00 which i paid but the receieved copy has last years amount mentioned at premium place i. E 8584. Even after updating and informing through same till now i have not received the original 2019 renewed copy of my policy nor any communication from bharti axa. Its been more than 20 days since i have done my renewal but my grievance not served and solved Preeti pandey [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
