I need your intervention and justice. Please help!

I would like to bring to your kind notice how bharti axa has trapped and harassing me for last 70 days and with the hope that i get justice, i am approaching your good office after several failed requests with bharti axa.

The heist goes like this:

In the month of march end, i got a beautiful sales pitch from a crooked employee of bharti axa for their policy with all high promises, representations, warranties, but, suppressing the truth. Based upon their promises, representations and warranties, i bought elite advantage policy no[protected] by making payment of rs.62, 699.98. They did not send details in email or refused to give anything in writing.

Even before getting the hard copy booklet of the policy, when i received one pager interim softcopy within 2-3 days of payment, i called their most crooked employee mr. Rajesh (Who trapped me instead of selling the policy), and made it clear in no uncertain term that i want to clearly see the final maturity amount in the policy or i will cancel the policy immediately. My request was very reasonable and fair. Mr. Rajesh promised and warranted that the final maturity amount will be specified in the policy. Again, i had informed and very clearly demonstrated, made my intention very clear to cancel the policy in/from the day one, that, if i do not see that end amount in the policy, as promised and represented by them. Hard copy of the policy received after few days and the maturity amount was missing. Rajesh tried his best to confuse me. Again, after several calls, crooked rajesh promised and agreed to provide the final amount in writing in bharti axa letter head. Crooked rajesh just dodged it endlessly. After few days, he started avoiding my calls as he had already sold the policy and made me a scapegoat. Then started my real misery…i sent him several messages to him and his colleague which i have forwarded to bharti axa already as proof of my intention to cancel the policy of the maturity amount is not specified in the policy or in letter head as promised by bharti axa. Meantime, i requested for his email id which he never gave. He refused to respond. He never took my calls. But i sent messages of my intention to cancel the policy and asking for refund. (Now i know why he was out of station immediately after selling the policy to me.. Looks like its the practice bharti axa follows after selling its product.)

Then, product team started same drama and another employee (Colleague of rajesh) of bharti axa started her drama one after the other. Crooked rajesh just disappeared under the pretext of out of station and product team another colleague started interacting with me, who also promised and agreed to provide the final amount in bharti axa letter head. Again to the product team and to all employees of bharti axa who interacted one after the other, i had made my intention clear of / informed and demonstrated my intention to cancelling the policy if i dont get the letter head wherein final maturity amount specified which bharti axa promised in writing. Everyone acted in concert and started to fool me & drag the issue intentionally, so that i surpass the deadline... Nothing happened. I dint receive any letter in letter head till date. They all just wanted to fool me, intentionally buy/extend time, so that i cross/breach the deadline of 15 days to cancel the policy, so that they can refuse cancellation & refund.

All of them had promised me that the letter head specifying the final amount has already been dispatched. I was just waiting. They all talk very sweetly and confuse innocent people. All very (Un) professional in fooling me under the pretext that they have sent a letter in the letter head specifying the amount.

Several times i asked for deadline to cancel, but they refused to disclose.

They all just talk sweetly to fool/ drag/dodge the issue and buy time and do nothing! Their sole intention was to cross 15 days period, so that they claim immunity to refund the amount. It was a trap!

After around 25days, when all my attempts were failed and no one was responding to me, i realized that it was just a trap and they all simply intend to fool me and i wrote an email to cancel the policy and requested for refund of my premium amount. I requested for refund of the amount several times, all in vain!

I want to submit that, i had clearly informed in no uncertain terms and demonstrated my intention to cancel very clear from the day one! But they all played trick in concert to fool innocent people like me. I requested them several times to cancel the policy and refund my amount, but hey all simply dragged it for last 60 days refused and rejected my request. I have provided them every proof to this effect, but all are acting in concert and all their enquiries/review/investigations are sham with the end result being refusal to cancel the policy and refusal to refund the premium amount. It was all sham and malpractice!

During last 60 days of interaction, my experience with bharti axa employees have been extremely bad and they we all well trained to fool innocent customers. That’s the reputation of bharti axa. Very unprofessional! Had i known their unprofessional approach and fooling attitude of customers beforehand, i would’ve taken everything in writing.

Therefore, in my case 15 days deadline to cancel the policy should not be applicable to me and i should be excused of it as i have done everything possible from my side, but, every department and every employee of bharti axa intentionally dodged the issue under the pretext of having sent me a letter in their letter head, so that i miss 15 days deadline to surrender and cancel, but i had expressed & demonstrated my intention to cancel the policy several times before & within 15 days!

I have been harassed by bharti axa for last 80 days. And, in my case, even if i continue my association with bharti axa by paying subsequent premiums, i may not get all the mount that are due to me, they may reject my insurance claim amount (If any), refuse any amount due to me, they will certainly retaliate against me and treat me badly in future also!

As there was breach of promise, representations and warranty and deceit from bharti axa, i kindly request your good selves to instruct them to cancel my policy and refund my amount immediately as i do not want to continue my relationship with bharti axa as my experience with them have been extremely bad and bharti axa should not cheat and trap other many innocent people like me.

Kindly request your intervention and for justice and equity from you by instructing them to refund my amount! Now they have taken another 2 weeks’ time to review the matter and i know after 2 weeks what is the result/reply is going to be.

Incidentally, another sales crook of bharti axa started calling for the same product with his sweet talks. I requested him to email me all details of the product. I have requested him several times and have been waiting his email for last 3 days and he just disappeared.
