Bharti Axa — ill treatment on phone with me and my elderly mother | |||||
I was called by rohit khan (Senior relationship executive) mobile no ([protected]) yesterday for some scheme. I informed him please dont call if i am interested i will contact bharti axa. But in spite of the request he still contact on my landline phone and started speaking rubbish with my mother. Then wen i asked him why did he called back again he stated shouting on me saying. Than i told i cant see your scheme on your website than he shouted this scheme is for you... "tuje chaiye ke nahi". Then he was shouting for a while and i asked him from where did you get this number he said.."tari wife nai diya". Is this the way to talk to customer?. There is no privacy or dignity in bharti axa to talk to a person. Why should any person get anything from bharti axa if such people are working there. I need some action to be taken for this so that what happen to me should not happen to others. If no action is take il go to higher or government authorities. Was this information helpful? | |||||
