[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — incorrectly debited amount is not refunded yet

On jan 8th bharti axa didn't issue my policy even though amount of 1.6k was debited. I raised this issue with them asking for refund providing confirmation from my bank stating the transaction. They are now not ready to refund as they claim the policy was for february and that they can't process refund after the expiry date. I followed up with them every single day and yet no response.

Reference number raised for support : 0198212
Refund was not provided stating the policy got expired. In the first place, I didn't request for the policy. I requested for refunding my incorrectly debited cash
