[Resolved] Bharti Axa — life insurance | |||
1st call received from [protected] (Arti aggarwal) on 3rd february stating lapse of hdfc life insurance policy and advised to contact [protected] (Vishwajeet singh). Another number [protected] was provided. Upon contacting mr. Singh, he informed that somebody from bharti axa life will contact to advise how policy can be revived. On 4th feb, a call from [protected] was received, who claimed to be a representative on bharti axa life. He shared the link https://eapp.bharti-axalife.com/onlinepaymentas/onlinepaymentlink and asked to pay rs. 99, 999 to keep the policy active. Subsequently, a transaction was made on 4th february via hdfc credit card number ending in 1527. Following this, it was realized that this is a fraudulent transaction.
