This is to inform you that i have been going through mental stress because of the way i have been treated since december 2019 when my car was stolen. I was given a number for triple-a associate by bharti axa as the aligned agent's phone was not reachable for the first 10 days of my claim registered. Then i submitted all required documents along with the untraceable report received from the court on monday, january 21, 2020, and informed triple-a associates. Since then i have tried calling the customer service to get the update on my claim status. I have again tried contacting sahil and amim (Agents aligned) but they are not contactable to date. I have been informed by customer service that they do not have any update on my claim and the only way to get the update is by contacting these 2 people. There have been multiple complaints raised in the last 1.5 months days with case id 02921764, 02977320, 02973508, 02973508, [protected], and 02928445. To my surprise the first complaint was closed without my knowledge stating your employee or the claim handler was not available and didn't respond on call. The agent aligned by the name of pawan shukla told me on thursday 6 feb after multiple follow-ups that my consent to pay the insurance amount to the bank is pending. The consent was sent on friday when he gave me his email id after calling him 3 times. Since then there is no update received. The agent didn't answer my call on 10 feb and 11 feb. I called him again on 12 feb where he said it is pending for approval and he would send me details by evening about the status and since then his phone is switched off. I have been calling the complaints department but nobody is responding there. This is complete mental harassment for a customer who trusted bharti axa and bought the insurance. This is the worst customer experience for something that i have paid for and i am not getting any services and status on my claim. I need to go to the highest authority to at least know the status of my complaints and claims. I have been traveling on my own and paying for the interest on the loan for car which is stolen.
