This mail is to formally lodge a complaint against your employee arnab ray ([protected]@bharti-axalife.com). I have taken your policy as a loan cover from pnb housing finance. He was assigned for completing my policy purchase. Since day 1, i am getting no proper response from the concerned employee. I was earlier informed that my dob is wrong in the system, due to which policy documents have been dispatched late and i was asked to resubmit my dob proof. I have submitted the same. After 1 month, i received the document with the same dob error. This shows your negligence towards customer policy handling and no concern for the policyholder. This has made me highly frustrated and i don't believe in your establishment and i am not interested in any future business with you for any life or general insurance products.
