Dear sir 3 years backi took a person plan policy in your company. After that I didn't get any information regarding my policy either phone or email remainders.now I want close that account. Why should my money kept look like a stone in well. Please provide the details of closing formalities and near by branch address and phone number. Thanks for your valued innovative customer service. I took loan of 15 lacs from PNB Housing. It was insured as per above ref no.Premium Recd was Rs 51726/ by you.
I want to transfer this loan from PNB housing to HDFC Bank due to lower interest rate. Will this amount be insured in this case.. Pl reply..
