[Resolved] Bharti Axa — Not getting claim of my car's bumper because I stop it from dragging on road

I have meet a small accident where my car's front bumper, back bumper, one door and a panel above door is damaged. Apart from this ABS sensor is also damaged but they are saying it will not be covered. Back bumper was out of my car from one side and it might drag on road so I have temporarily fixed it with 2 screws. But now survey guy is saying I have added those screws so it will not be covered. I understand that it can be in clause so he is not able to get approval but try to understand the situation also. Be practical and consider the claim for back bumper and ABS sensor.

Updated by [email protected] As expected they are not ready to pay charges for back bumper. I was wrong in choosing my insurance previous companies where much better.
