Bharti Axa — policy allocation for car after online payment

Hi all,
I got a call from executive (Bhavika-mumbai) of bharti axa to renew car policy but they will tell you about policy and will say, you will get eod after payment, they know that policy is getting expired today but it's not truth. They will decide to generate a policy at least 3 -5 working days then also not confirmed and nobody will not respond you because you have made payment but it's for other companies like, bajaj, reliance etc. Other companies will generate your policy instant after payment..
