[Resolved] Bharti Axa — policy document not received after renew | |||
I have my car insurance with bharti axa which was supposed to expire on 20th oct 2018. I kept getting email about policy renew since last one month as like chaser but since i had some query hence i tried reaching them through all available channel like phone, email, etc... With all these effort, there was no response and since my policy expiry date was coming soon, i finally made the payment on 16/10/2018 (4 days before my policy expiring date). Though the amount got deducted and i got email for the transaction but i didn't receive renewed policy doc through email. Now i again tried calling their toll free number [protected] and after waiting for 10 min (When i was in queue 1), i got privilege to talk to someone. When i told my issue, then a complaint no was issued and she promised that it will be sent in single day. But even after passing of 4 more days i haven't received my policy. Now technically if i take out my car, i am driving without insurance which is illegal and fineable. I am completely clueless what should i do. Shall i do fir to police? Oct 30, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The issue got resolved in 4 days after filing the complaint. Link for Insurance copy was sent to my mobile number in 4 days. After 2 more days, I got soft copy through email. The email came from : [email protected]
The company never called me. Bharti AXA customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
