[Resolved] Bharti Axa — policy documents not issued after payment was done | |||
Reference ID: 01794651 As instructed by the Bharti AXA sales agent their team inspected my car on Dec 15th 2018 and then I was asked to make full payment via the link provided. I made full payment for Rs 13422 on the same day on Dec 15th. The transaction was successful (see attachment), but then they did not issue the car insurance policy papers yet. I called the customer service number a few times in the last one week, but there is no luck so far. They keep on telling me it is with backend team and they will revert back in 24 hours, but not getting any updates afterwards. This has been happening for a while now and the issue is still not resolved. Even I sent a few emails, but nobody responded to any of the emails yet. Old policy already expired and I have no coverage now. If they cannot issue the policy softcopy, I would like to get the money back asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
