I am a senior citizen. I have been cheatedby your bangalore infantry road branch bharti axalife insurance staff Mahalakshmi mohan & venkatesh. I got refund for bogus health insurance policy[protected] which this branch is not authorized to sell. Another policy[protected] i was cheated by the same staff to the tune of rd.1, 00, 000 which is a very big amount for a retired person like me. I have made complaints since 3rd july 2017 till date to complaints cell, head customer care and also to service. I am not getting my refund. Some one in the organization please help me to get refund.
