Respected Sir,
My father have taken the above policy in b.axa during year 2012. Some fraudulent activities of the company further amount not paid. Requested them to repay the amount but they have not done it. Now in may you may take 3 policies one in the name of Exide naattu insurance others in b.axa insurance.accodingly Rs.37750+10500+8750 all the three policies received. Now their phone calls are switched of or does not exist. So I am too much afraid of their activities. Sir due to interest of my policy i have paid further amount i request you kindly register a complaint and redress my grievance. Already my mother made complaint to you on 20.06.2018. which has been registered in ID No.1994553 But so far after lapse of 20 days I have not yet received any information from B.Axa group.
