Bharti Axa — Premium amount deducted twice

I have taken a policy for my father and in starting of march I got a email for premium due date, I was informed by agent that the ECS payment method has been cancelled and I will be paying manually. So I have made the payment today morning as on dashboard its was showing 25th as due date.
Later when I checked bankstatement of my father it was also deducted from his account.
Since morning I have been trying to contact customer care/agent but no response.
In total we paid 54793+54793, and the worst part is got an email saying the advance amount will be adjusted with due date 25.03.2021.
My question is when it was already deducted on 11th why you guys are sending message like amount due ???
