First mail conversation for estimation on wed aug 14: — forwarded message — From: anup javake Date: wed, aug 14, 2019 at 5:45 pm Subject: bajaj est. Pdf To: Thereafter, there was 15 days of mail conversation for assessment : Claim assessment person first view : 95% chances are claimed will not pass due to date issue with insurance policy and rc transfer ownership. I said to him : rc transfer is in process, and it was applied at the time of purchase of vehicle and insurance policy. But they were not listening to me On 30 aug: i received rc transfer document from rto, thanks to god, and only then insurance company started their due process of assessment. Its an open truth: when you buy second-hand car, and you make an accident on the way home: will your insurance will not be approved as you will not have rc transfer document at that time : Pls answer this question: whosever it may concern : I am highly dissatisfied with the process, and unprofessional behavior of customer service which did not pay attention to what i was saying to them.
