[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — Wrong info provided about policy

Dear Team,

I recently bought one Samridhi plan policy conveyed by Broker - India infoline insurance broker Ltd. (Broker Code- 155851)

Phone No. registered - [protected]
DOB[protected]
Nominee - Dilip Shahane (father)
Annual Premium - 70, 000/-
Sum assured on policy document - 6, 89, 513/-

Very sad to tell you that that broker has explained this policy completely different stating that i'll getting back total amount appx 15, 00, 000/- after 10 years. i.e.

(sum assured) 6, 89, 513+(Total payed premium) 7, 00, 000+non- guaranteed bonus 4 to 8% ~ 15, 00, 000

Which is completely wrong. This i came to know after calling bharti axa customer service. They told me after 10 years i'll get max to max 8, 00, 000/-.
This is very serious fraud happened.

Apart from that that representative told me that there is additional free rider we will be providing with this policy which is free of cost. But in policy document i can see that they are deducting rs 2266/- for same and benefits explained were also different.

In view of all this i want to raise a complaint and i want to withdraw from the policy asap. I am feeling very sad and hope to get back my hard earn money asap.

Request you to process refund and cancellation of policy and take some serious action against such agents which are very harmful for your organization.
