[Resolved] Bhashyam Developers — regarding ozone county plot | |||
Hello Bhashyam Developers A month ago, we came across a plot from ozone County in 99acres.com and the property broker's name is Tagaram Raju ([protected]). We approached him and went and saw the plot in Ozone County Plot number 204 west facing 259 sq yards. We liked it and gave advance of 25000 Rs which he didn't even provide a receipt as we tranferred the money online to below account details: Bhashyam realtors Ac: [protected] IFSC: VIB0004202 Branch SR Nagar The reason why we transferred the money was that he made us believe that the plot was already seen by big shots and they are ready to buy it if we don't pay the advance booking amount. He asked us to transfer 1 lakh but to be on the safe side we just transferred rupees 25K. As we don't stay in hyderabad, we were asked to transfer the money and he will provide the receipt online. We thought of coming to Bhashyam office after 2 days and thought of paying some more money and take a receipt overall. But Soon after that next day he called us along with his so called Director (Srinivas) and spoke very rudely asking for another 1.75 Lakhs money otherwise the plot wouldn't be ours. I was shocked by the way his so called Director Srinivas Sir spoke to my father as they were so very nice before we paid that 25K amount. I was doubtful with their behaviour and started doing some research on these two names (Tagaram Raju and Srinivas) I found out below comment on these two names from one of the other web site from same Bhashyam developers which says: Kiran September 16, 2015 Yes it happend for me. I payed some amount but later i cancelled. Till now they are not answering my calls and no proper response. His name is Raju and Srinivas. Cheaters We back stpped on our decision and asked the money back and from the past 2 weeks he was saying all sought of stories to return the money back. We came to know that there are some many brokers like these who make easy money from people like us which is a real bad name to your company. I tried reaching out to your SR Nagar office but no one answers the call. I need my money back so please help me on this. This Tagaram Raju's fb profile is below. Aug 10, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I spoke with Raju and we have sorted out few things. Raju told that he will pay me back Rs 25, 000 once Bhashyam gets money. I definitely need my 25K money back so he promised that he will do it asap. As I stated above, we went back of not to buy the plot because we had a little doubt after we paid 25K money as Srinivas mentioned to my dad that the plot won't be ours if we don't pay 1.75L within a day., I felt that was little rude and which is when I did some research and found some comments from few others which made me to completely step back and which is why a day after my mother spoke to Raju and told that the plot wouldn't work to us ritually.
I have no intention to ruin someone's career by writing any false comments unless I feel that I am not comfortable. I would have not raised this complaint if my money was returned but it was been almost 20 day we waited., even though Raju never told that he won't give money back but we waited for almost 20 days and thought I would rasie a complaint.. Returning 25K money shouldn't be a big deal to Bhashyam so I would expect my money to be deposited back to me asap. Also, I have no hard feelings on Raju who was polite with his talks during the time of marketing. Bhashyam Developers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

This is kartik from Hyderabad. I booked a plot in Bhashyam plot in Silicon County (Plot No 117 - East facing - Mortgage plot) on Oct 17. We have paid 450000 for the agreement as well. Almost 2 years completed But still the mortgage is not released. So please don't buy plot in this company. .
