Sir i m ex-serviceman from army and travel with my personal car between sirsa - fatehabad road during toll plaza bhavdeen but toll plaza operator not exempt with to pass car with my ex - serviceman identity and also i meet with manager for exemptions but they forcely charges for toll entry. Now i want to know that ex army person valid for exempt or not? They shown a letter that ex army person not valid for exemption. Now i attach a letter given by manager and toll receipt copy. Please give me proper guidelines
