BHIM — 1800 debit but no credit to receiver account and refund me

I made a payment of 1800 .. amount has been debited and but receiver has not received after two days has been passed.. BHIM app has given just complaint no.[protected]. but they have not return refund and not send money to receiver account.. kindly suggest me what should i do .
