Bhim App — i have sent money to irctc.co.in but ticket not book and refund not credit in my bank.

I book my ticket from irctc.co.in on 23 oct.2017 by payment from bhim app direct bank of india but payment done and ticket not book. After this i see in my railway id in transcation fail.in this condition my payment was show successeful in bhim app but ticket not book. Nowday i not get my refund. So tell this mistake belong to irctc.co.in and bhim app. My trans. No.[protected] ticket amount 1251.80 and id no.[protected]. On 23 oct.2017
