Bhim App — non-refund of debited amount

Myself praneet kumar das a customer o[censored]nion bank of india at kotpad branch in odisha want to apprise that i had
Transferred rs.5000/- two times amounting a total of rs. 10, 000/- to
My another a/c through bhim app on 26.09.2017 vide transaction ids
[protected] and[protected]. A message was shown as "beneficiary
Account doesn't exist" but the amount was debited from my account and
Not refunded till now even after more than 2 months have beebnpassed. A complaint has been registered online regarding this matter and also through a phone call to the customer care but no resolutions yet. Hence, i request you to consider my matter and refund the debited amount as soon as possible.
