Bhim App — wrong transfer of money

On 6 march 2019 i have transfered rs.3000 in a wrong account through bhim app of which rrn is[protected]. On 7 march 2019 i submitted a complaint for reverting the amount in my account. I am sorry to note that inspire of subsequent complaints no amount was not credited to my account. Status of complaint was also not given even after 10 days. I again request to get the money credited to my account. Early action is required.

Nothing was done even after three weeks.Transfer of money through bhim app is not safe.

From the date of submitting the complaint that is on 6 march 2019 no action has been taken I have also not been informed about the status of complaint.I am strange enough that if beneficiary account does not exit in the mentioned IFSC code of the bank how can be transaction successful and where the money was transferred by bhim app.Pl. give me full detail if there is any difficulty in crediting the amount in my account.
