BHIM — Refund of failed transaction (Rs.2000) attempted through BHIM APP

Dear Sir/Madam,

On Feb 21, 2017 I have attempted a transaction of Rs.2000 through BHIM App. The amount Rs.2000 have been debited from my account (SBI Acc number: [protected]) but not credited to the beneficiary (KVB Acc Number: [protected], IFSC Code: KVBL0001159).I contacted SBI customer care and bank manager of SBI, bye pass road, Madurai.


There has been no response from bank side and I have not got any refund. I completely unpleased and irritated with your lack of response and service. Do refund my amount as soon.
