Staff do not answer phone calls. When you go to their store with a fixed budget they do not like it. Staff are more in number though they treat the customer based on the value of the order. Staff are mostly roaming here & there, poking you if your order value is less. Staff doesnot extend the customer service by checking the availability in other stores or place an order in their own factory. Silver section used to be separate & they used to show varieties not anymore. Lady Staff who are rude are made to assist if your purchase price is low. Staf[censored]NNECESSARILY delays @ billing & use too much plastic even if you say NO. Service has to seriously improve!!! Was this information helpful? |
