Biba — worst dress material

I purchased a kurti from biba kolkata lindsay street store and just when i wore it for the first time, it got torned from the sleeves. I went to exchange it and got a new one after coming back home i saw even the new one is torned from the back.
/ Biba store is selling very poor quality products. I was a frequent buyer of the brand but now onwards never going to purchase any stuff.
