[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Accepted the payment and not provided 'Super Saver Voucher' | |
Big Bazaar accepted my payment(₹2500) for super saver voucher on 24th jan 2021 and told it to be delivered within 12 hours. After 12 hours i raised a complain to its customer service on 25th jan 2021 and the told that it will be delivered within 48 hours. Its been more than 72 hours and they haven't delivered the vouchers yet. Now also they are telling that the complaint is in process. I want my money refunded as this is a case of shear cheating. They shouldn't have accepted the payment if they aren't available to give the service on time.
