Dear team, I had billed 1ton ac on 5th of april, from your store at dhanbad, That time sale staff say's within a week they will deliver the product at home address. But still i am not received product, Further i got a message on 07th of april from big bazaar that your product delivered your challan no. - 826306. When i meet with this message to your store due to close of the product that msg was delivered. Right now i had return from your store with sadness now they said wait for more 7 to 8 days, kindly justify me how can i wait for a long if its passed over 15 days till now... They also marked there stamp as paid and delivered on the bill asking for the reason they said it's mandatory... It's humble request to you please refund my billing amount and suggest for the same. Today itself. I am very much disappointed with the service of your store... Kindly do necessity asap... Was this information helpful? | |||
