Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Amount debited from bank a/c but wallet top up not received nor any refund received

I had made payment on big bazaar online shopping website, there was option to pay via future pay, i tried other modes, but those were not working, so I added Rs 1173 in future pay wallet, amount is debited from my account but top up was received. I contacted customer care they future pay wallet is updated in 24 hrs. It was not updated in 24 hrs do I called again this time they told that it received in other a/c and not future pay so refund is initiated. I waited for 7 days but still no refund is received. Today they told to call future pay no. Which they never picked during all these times to get resolution. I want my money back in my A/c
