Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — bad quality of products, bad maintenance, carelessness, poor security | |||
For the past few months, the product that we get in big bazaar vile parle east is of poor quality. 1. Stayfree sanitary pads were completely soaked in oil. But the seal was there. 2. Ektaa jaggery we bought was completely melted. 3. Mothers recipe biriyani masala was well within the date, but the last time pack caused severe allergic cough for all the members in the family. 4. Most of the atta packets are having holes made by a pinprick. 5. Yesterday i bought a besan packet i checked the entire packet for any leakage. It was full proof. But after checking out the packet was leaking. The helpers who put the products in the bag should be trained better. 6. Today when i needed help with a gate pass and people were standing queue to collect and leave their bags at the security checking, the lady over there was too busy messaging on phone amidst which she even let people take their bags inside without checking. I usually purchase groceries coming up to rs. 6000 every month from big bazaar. Recently after these incidents, i'm unwilling to buy. We see several new staff. I believe the old staff was better. I still have faith in the service rendered by big bazaar provided timely measures are taken to check these mentioned above. Was this information helpful? | |||
