I had purchased Big Bazar Profit club Membership. I have an active balance of Rs 9455/- which means a lot of money for a middle class family. We all have been cheated as the Big Bazar stores are closed now and customer care is not responding. Customer care mailbox is also full to receive any mail. Earlier they did confirm through mail that they will refund the balance amount. They have already taken my cancelled cheque and aadhar copy to process the refund.
