Hi sir, I had booked for an order using bigbazaar app on 25/08/2021 at 10:08 am and paid Rs 545.50..But unfortunately the products were not available at the store and the order was cancelled...they told me that the amount will be credited within 7 working days ..now it is almost 30 days and while calling the customer care they are telling that the complaint has been transferred to higher priority group and the refund will be reflected within 1 hour .they are repeating the same dialogue for the past 20 days...I demand an immediate redressal of the complaint along with a compensation of Rs 25000 for the dispute.
