Received worst information about shopping weekend 23-25 March 2018.
I visited the store on 31st March 2018 to redeem the vouchers which i received on 25th March before ending the offer. Mr. Sharad Kale is the representative along with his seniors are there who didnt supported well for redemption options. Actually the entire offer is misguiding the consumers. It just increased footfalls at bigbazaar. As consumer I am absolutely unhappy with the offers. The offer claims Shop for Rs.2000 and get Rs.2000 back*. It had clearly violating and hiding needful information. Actually according to NCDRC Hiding crucial information in small print is unfair trade practice. I was surprised to know that the people i m talking with are hesitant to inform their name and identity being staff of BIG Bazaar. No complaint recording facility. So if there is a problem, the floor staff will not support the customer instead the customer has to take care himself about it. The staff don't want to maintain a good customer relation ship. They are not professional. If Big Bazaar think that this is the way to handle customers, they are living in a fools paradise. Soon they will follow the fate of other supermarket chains.
I really would like to file a complaint to District forum of The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to take the misleading advertisement forward. Was this information helpful? |
