[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — big bazaar staff behaviour | |||
I visited big bazaar located at exhibition road, patna dated 03rd mar 2019. I stood in billing queue and only 2 people were ahead of me in the queue but the big bazaar staff named sunil yadav, at the billing counter was doing his work very casually and after waiting for 30 mins, i intervened asking him to speed up as other people are waiting in the queue. Finally, when my turn came for billing, i told him not to bill carry bag as i already have a bag at the baggage counter. The billing staff talked to me rudely saying that then go down and do the billing there. I told him that i have already awaited for 30 mins here and now if i go down, i will have to wait again. This person was very rude and had no manner talking to a customer. Request your assistance and please ensure your staff behaves properly. Was this information helpful? | |||
