You charge for the carry bag yet tge quality of bag is extremely poor. The employee putting my things in the bag had to change the bag 4 times because every bag was torn. Even at the end i had to take a bag torn af a corner. As a customer i feel cheated. O should get value for money. If i am paying for the carry bag, it should be of satisfactory quality. Very sorry to day an amount of Rs 301/- has not either been adjusted in the Billing amount or been credited to my wallet. During adjusting the amount at the Billing time there occurred a system error &as a result amount although debited from the Wallet but not been refunded till date. Please do the needful.
