[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — cash back amount | |||
On 13th august (Sunday), i have purchased worth almost of rs.4000/- (From kolkata / sealdah big bazaar branch) & thus, was suppossed to get rs.1000/- "cashback" through future pay. As per the instruction, i have downloaded & installed the certain aps in my mobile. But, unfortunately till now in the last 5 days, i have not received any such messages / information, either through sms or in my "future pay" aps. Also, i would like to say you that, i have the "payback" card, as card no.-[protected]. I don't know that the certain amount of rs.1000/- (Cash back) will be added into my payback card or not. Thus, i request you to please look into this issue and do the needful at your earliest, so that i can avail the certain amount of rs.1000/- as my cash-back. You will get Rs.125 for 8 months starting from 1st September. So Rs. 125 will be credit to your future pay wallet on 1st september only. And you have to consume that amount within september only otherwise the amount would get lapse and from October again you will get credit of Rs. 125 and so on. Hope this will be useful for you.
