This complaint is against central store, oberoi mall.
This is in reference to the complaint raised on 01/01/18 regarding charging extra money than mrp mentioned on the product.
I was informed that i will be getting a call within 48 hrs however even after following up so many times, i have not received any call yet.
Issue is that we never expected from such a big store that they can also play with the billing.
So many times i have shopped from central and i have never checked the bill. This is the 1st time that i checked it, so there might be chances that u would have charged extra during our previous billing as well. This is like fooling your customers.
This is like breaking trust, although it's not a big amount but still what is the difference left between the small shops and stores.
