[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — charged twice for a product at big bazaar | |
On 05th may, 2019, in the evening, i was charged twice for the haldiram aloo bhujia packet at big bazaar embassy paragon, located in brookefield, bengaluru 560066. The bill has been attached along with the complaint and the doubly charged amount has been clearly highlighted in it. I would like the amount (Rs. 31.50) to be refunded by big bazaar. What are the necessary steps to be taken to ensure this is done?
