[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — combo offer status shows delivered but not delivered | |||||
I have booked a combo offer (Containing 6 items i. E.. Gas stove, cooker, 3 nonstick cookware and an electric kettle) on august 11 online in the big bazaar maha bachat sale (Bbmb[protected]. I payed the entire amount of rs.5999/- online (([protected]igaedhfli8 transfer to 459) (I am sorry i dont know wat is the transaction no in this.. This is copied from my bank details). I got a msg saying will take 7-10 days for delivery. So i waited till 21st august and asked about the status of the order and was shocked to learn that it shows delivered status (On aug 17, 11:26am) by vulcan express (Lr[protected]c001). I registered a complaint on 21st regarding this (Bb[protected]). From then on i have made hundreds of calls to the customer care number ([protected]). Every time i am assured i will receive my product in 3-4 days and that they have taken my complaint.. But i didnt receive even a call from the customer care personnel... Irony of the whole thing is that... Normally when any product, that too a huge one, is out for delivery, 1) we should get a msg saying it will be delivered today.. The delivery person calls to ask location of the house 3) we receive a sms saying product is delivered... None of this has happnd... Now looks like the big bazaar has blocked my calls.. As my calls are not getting connected... All my calls must have been recorded.. Plzz tell me solution for this and make them deliver the products Was this information helpful? | |||||
