I bought santoor gentle handwash, costing ₹99/- as it is visible on the packet too but when it got billed it costed me ₹169/-. Big bazaar charged me ₹70/- extra for the same. Images showing the price on the packet and billed price on the bill is attached in this complaint. Similarly, many items showing an offer price costs different price at the time of billing. I have purcheshed pantin shampoo 650ml buy one and get one free from your Big Bazaar V3S laxmi nagar Delhi110092 but they have charged Rs. 500 each from me.While checking bill at home I observed this blunder which they have done.
