[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — easy day account balance issue | |||
I had taken a member ship of easy day with 1000 rs. Account balance at wakad pune store in october 2019, around 1 week time we got a message from easy day that the store has been closed & we can use the balance amount in any future retail store like big bazaar or brand factory till 31st december 2019, later on 28th november i got the message tha balance of 1180 is available in your wallet & can be utilised till 30th november at any future group store, though i got only two days i went to big bazaar on 30th of november where they told tha all easy day stores in pune are closed but we haven't received any confirmation on accepting wallet amount of easy day account so they asked me to check with customer care but that was of no use as customer care was busy for more than 15-20 min. & then i disconnected call & left big bazaar, today on 1st december 2019 i have only 200 rs.in my easy day wallet. Customer should get free bag for carrying purchase material at home and u r staff is charging amt for carry bag why.why customer should bear chargers for carry bag. Since customer is not complaining about anything u r charging unnecessary amt. Then its better to purchase from outside instad purchasing from u
I purchased a Artois Solid Wood Six Seater Dining Set in Antique Cherry Colour by HomeTown Great India place Mall Noida . Dinning table goes bend in middle. Looks bed. Quality is very poor.
I contacted company twice, response was it is out of warranty.Actually one year passed. I feel cheated.
I suggest people, If possible avoid this product.
