[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — express counter not working | |
Hi I am ritesh solanki My mb no [protected] I am a regular customer of big bazar. I often visit big bazar @ agora mall. Ahmedabad. Gujarat. Evry time i visit it i have to stand almost 20 min daily for billing of my goods. I barely have 5 - 6 items in my cart as i am coming daily for shopping. Every time i insisted customer service desk appoonting a billing person over express counter and thy never complained me for opening tht counter. As on rush hour time it will take 30 min for billing also.. I talked to a customer care line on today around 8 pm also and thy told me tht thy will register my complain and i will get message regarding this.. But still i didnt git any mesaage nor replay. As a customer i want you to make aware of this situation and asking for quick response of my query. Was this information helpful? | |
