[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — fraudulent activity - order not delivered | |
Order id[protected] The order was placed on april 28, 2020 however its been 7days and i have not received my order yet. On may 04, 2020 i have received a text message at 1.24 pm that my order has been delivered. I have not received any order, nither did any delivery person contacted me, payment was made in advance I have tried calling customer care number couple of times however everytime they would inform that the order will be delivered in 24hrs however the promise is not fulfilled by them. When raise query on an email without contacting me then send an email that issue has been resolved. I have not received any refund nor did i received my order. Big bazaar is fooling there customer collecting money and not delivering the order. Was this information helpful? | |
May 6, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved After escalating the matters to higher authorities and posting the matter on Facebook I was finally able to receive my order on May 06, 2020 Big Bazaar / FutureBazaar / Future Retail / HomeTown customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
