[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — I am complaining about not having any packaging options for customers | |||
Last thursday dated 7/3/2019, we went for groceries shopping to big bazaar. When we bought everything we want and did all things like billing etc i asked manager cartoon box in which want pack my groceries, as i shoped for 20000 they have to give me that cartoon for free bit instead of giving it free he offer me to buy their big bazaaar bags at ₹18 per bag well, you know what it's ridiculous. This kind of customer support you offer? That's how your representatives will behave? I am so disappointed. Either give me compensation or i will never ever buy anythyin future from big bazaar and i will also go to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||

Have submitted d bb profit club card with all documents to Rohini Delhi store 28 Feb now they r saying that ur documents r misplaced plz submit ur documents again then we will refund u in 20 days why u guys are wasting my time pl resolve dis issue as soon as possible refund my amount with immediate effect.
