I purchased a split a/c (koryo)on 10th May 2018 the ac unit was problem in 22nd feb2019 (under warranty)on that day I was complained to koryo customer care center, the technician came and find pcb (spare part )problem.2 time complained they r not properly responding.to day also I called to koryo care center the replied by the end of the day will resolve the problem.still they r not respond please repair my ac unit as early as possible.
